“I search for beauty and emotion in the world, life and art. This I endeavor to encompass in my work.” I love traveling, nature, ancient monuments and archaeological sites, I love Orient cities with picturesque market places and beautiful ornaments. I am fascinated by secrets of oceans, torridity of deserts and the infinity of universe. I like to discover and show the beauty in faces of people and movements of bodies dancing flamenco and ballet. My works of art encompass three basic thematic areas. The first area comprises the themes with a touch of the exotic, inspired by sightseeing during my journeys to France, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Israel, Tunesia, Egypt, Morocco, Greece etc. The paintings evoking the impressions of temples and sacred elements constitute the second thematic area of my art. The third range of my activity involves intimate oil and acrylic paintings and pastels of still lifes and faces of friends and also my family. Today I give all my passion and concentration to abstract expression including more or less hidden reality.
