Born 1985 in communist Czechoslovakia, Seven years after revolution attended a grammar school I did not finish. Decided to move to a different educational system and became a bricklayer/ plasterer. Self taught painter. I paint since my childhood, as an adolescent I went through my graffiti phase and later got digested by visual art which led me to take things more seriously. I started using acrylics and oils on canvases. In 2010 I have had my first exhibition in Prague and several followed. Some of my original artworks are in private collections (USA, South Africa, UK, Czechia, Poland). Since 2012 I use mostly oils as I find it the best medium to work with. My style is mostly described as expresssionistic, Surreal and abstract. I do like to paint portraits, nature and industrial abstracts. Vast majority of my paintings are abstract-emerged improvisation, playing with depth and light. Its like I am trying to find the perfect border between abstract and factual realism, leaving the viewer the task to break this thin line between these two elements and discover things he has not seen in the first place.
