I am an equine photographic artist with a deeply rooted lifelong love for animals and particularly captivated by the majestic beauty of horses. From my earliest memories, these magnificent creatures have held me spellbound. As a young girl, I had the opportunity to work with challenging horses which gave me a deep insight into how they react to their environment and those around them. This experience is reflected in my quiet approach to my work, always ensuring that our equine subjects remain happy and relaxed. The connections forged with these noble beasts are undeniably special. They embody strength and power while exuding gentleness, playfulness, and wisdom. These are some of the characteristics that are reflected in my work. My journey into photography began during my university years in Wales, where I studied agriculture. After graduating I continued to express my love of the natural world through my photography. It was in 2013 that I stumbled upon the magic of studio lighting, igniting a fascination that would become central to my artistic expression. As a qualified member of the Guild of Professional Photographers and the recipient of the prestigious Equine Image of the Year award in 2018, I remain dedicated to honing my craft, perpetually seeking new avenues of creative exploration and self-discovery. Within my studio, I employ advanced lighting techniques in tandem with a team of top equine experts to craft images that encapsulate the grace, power, and spirit of horses in a truly artistic manner.
