ESRA MERAL She was born in Erzurum and graduated from Kocaeli University, Department of Chemistry in 1997. In 1999, she won Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting and graduated in 2003. The artist who selected Gravure as Applied Workshop also focused on his studies of Original Printmaking. Between 2003-2004 he worked as an art consultant at G-Art Gallery in Istanbul. In 2007, he graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Institute of Social Sciences, Painting Department with a master's thesis titled 'Reflections on Objects Used in the Baroque Period Painting and Self-Study'. Between 2005-2007 he worked as a research assistant at Doğuş University, Art and Design Faculty, Department of Painting. Again in these years he attended an international conference. 'ACS Crossroads in Culturel Studies Conference, University of the West Indies, Mona, 03.07.08-07.07.08, Kingston, Jamaica Session: 'Storytelling in Postmodern Condition' (Storytelling in Postmodern Case) Subject: Analysis of the Postmodern Director Peter Greenaway's "The Story in the Cook, The Thief, His Wife & Her Lover's Story" (Chef, Thief, Wife, and Lovers) Some of his works are in private collections and the artist participated in numerous exhibitions and art fairs in Turkey and abroad. Having opened 7 solo exhibitions, he is currently working in İstanbul.
