Hi, Let me introduce myself, I am Jessica Pliez / Ursika. I was born in Montreuil (93) in 1984. I spent my childhood in Clos Saint Lazare in Stains (93) which I left when I was 13 years old. Then, I moved a lot for differents reasons and now I live in Germany, in Berlin. I studied Plastic Arts and I have a degree from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. I draw a character, a Two-headedbearess. It is inspired by my childhood and represents something sacred, a protective spirit. This bear is called Ruka Karu which means the house bear. This Two-headedbearess was born from trauma. She explores dreamlike worlds to confront her pain and regain her form. She is a heroine of fears and symbolize protective strength. My inspirations are rooted in the history of the bear and the myths that surround it, Japanese culture, video games, cinema, nature, Expressionism... Instagram : Tiktok :
