Inga Mihailovic

Modern figurative artist, influenced by pop-art and expressive realism. Focus of my work is the human portrait in all his variety, in paintings and drawings. The classical painting and drawing education gives me the base and construction for my work, although it goes together with the desire for liberation and some sort of deconstruction.

Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, Serbia, painting section. After diploma in the class of prof. Milica Stevanovic, four years more in the same class as post- graduated studies. Graduated in 1993. Received several art- prices, from 1987.-2017.

Over 20 solo exhibitions in Serbia and Germany, from 1989. Took part in many group- exhibitions in Germany, Spain and Serbia.
