Melisa Novotná is a Czech born, London and Cambridge based multidisciplinary artist. Although her practice covers areas of video and performance, the main medium is painting.
The process of Novotná’s work includes the intertwining of painting with elements of electronic media, seeking the connection between the 'old' and the 'new'. Novotná uses the technology of Adobe Suit programes to render a source image through manipulation of her original photographs.
