Marco Antonio Pajola was born in Santos , SP , Brazil , and today lives in São Paulo . He became interested in photography at the age of 12 , fascinated by the changes that could be done in the images when processed in the darkroom . Later he began shooting , and his images have illustrated the covers of magazines , books , albums, calendars , packaging , during the last 4 decades . In the 70's he won several photographic prizes in Brazil and participated in several exhibitions . Still in the 70s taught classes in the School of Nikon 's Brazil and in the local University for students in the area of advertising. Today he owns a commercial image bank where he carries out commercial and curatorial functions . Alongside the photographic activity he is also a writer, and currently he joins his texts and images in a digital literary trilogy. From where the inspiration for art comes ? "Maybe from the mystery of not understanding and from our deep dive to understand things we do not see and understand ."
