Henrique Vieira Filho () is a plastic artist, writer, journalist and psychoanalyst. His decades-long experience as a therapist, especially Jungian Psychoanalysis, enables him to have a unique familiarity with the mythology and dream-like images that are always present on his canvases. His artistic work stands out in the contemporary scenario by questioning cultural ownership, time and borders, sharing cultures, mixing traditions, ethnicities and genres on their canvases. As an engraver, she is an activist of the adoption of digital brushes, electronic matrices instead of wood, stone and metal, and the ecological inking by mixed techniques of technology and manual interventions. Experimental sculptor, he innovated by transforming canvases and photographs into objects of three-dimensional arts, partially resinking them to be modeled by techniques similar to those of origami. Quite sought after as a portrait painter, he distinguishes himself by valuing the art experience itself as much as the final work. By including the participation of the honoree in his creative process, which involves photography, scenography, psychodramatizations, costumes, body paintings, mixed in playful exercises, he adds to the canvas emotional values that transcend purely technical appreciation. A recent entry into the world of Fine Arts, Henrique Vieira Filho is recognized as an exponent in yearbooks and specialized publications, as well as representing in Brazil the Slow Art Movement that seeks to broaden the experience of appreciation of the Arts. Extremely active, in less than two years, it has about forty exhibitions in several Brazilian capitals, as well as galleries in Europe, Asia and the United States.
