Petar Alexandrov is a Bulgarian sculptor with many years of experience as a sculptor and the son of another prominent Bulgarian author, which is why his great love for art was born from early childhood. The two worked together on the design and creation of one of the most famous monuments in Bulgaria - The Monument of the Holy Mother of God. Standing at a total height of 31 meters or 102 feet (of which the statue itself is 14 m or 46 ft) , the monument has been certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as the tallest statue of the Virgin Mary with the Infant Jesus in the world. Petar Alexandrov has also participated in numerous restorations of cultural and historical monuments in Bulgaria and has produced awards for various international competitions and festivals. He has also worked in the film industry as a special effects, set and props sculptor. Peter's courage to enter the different spaces of the sculptor also pushes him to industrial art and makes steampunk projects. His works are inspired by the cultural heritage of Bulgaria, the ancient Thracians and fabulous and fantastic creatures with an element of the beauty of the female body. Petar Alexandrov specializes in working with resin, metal, bronze, steel, stone, wood and polymer-concrete. Prepares personal orders to a client in about 4-8 weeks.
