Vasilis Soulis

I was born in Athens in 1981. I studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts under the guidance of Zacharia Arvanitis and Rena Papaspirou. I have been recommended for a scholarship during the academic year 2005-2006 and graduated in 2007 getting full marks from painting laboratory Z under the guidance of John Psychopaidis. I live and work in Athens.

I have done my first solo exhibition at Gallery Ekfrasi Gianna Grammatopoulou in Athens in 2009 whereas my second at Ena Gallery in 2017. Finally, the 3rd one was done at Skoufa Gallery in 2019. I have participated in many considerable group exhibitions in Greece and abroad.

My work has been acquired by private collections in Greece (Frissiras museum, Vogiatzoglou museum) and abroad (Luciano Benetton collection).
