Artist Vyacheslav Pobozhensky was born on March 15, 1942 in the city of Saratov. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture LISI.

Architect, icon painter, painter, graphic artist, illustrator, muralist, designer.
He was engaged in architecture and design of holiday homes, cafes, restaurants. He designed the interiors of the Military Medical Academy, Center for the Arts. Mravinsky. He built about 120 pumping stations, 4 dams. He received the State Prize for one of the dams - the Gilevsky site of the Alei River. Seriously studied Old Russian art.
