Yuliya Landina

I was born in Ukraine. As far as I can remebered I always enjoy drawing and painting.Having reseived a wonderful education in the studio of the great Ukrainian artist Victor Gontariv,I fell in love with monumental painting,especially Jotto,Mozacho and others.I was fascinated by the Byzantine icon painting.The love grew into multiple exercises on wall painting in Orthodox churches,icon painting.It aiso became the basis of my picturesque stylistics.It inspires creativity in many techniques: oil painting, watercolor, tempera (including icon painting), fresco ... Also an art studio was opened for children where we learn to know beauty.My paintings are in privat collection in Russia,Spain,Germany and Ukraine.

I studied at the Lugansk College of Arts in 1991-1996. The Kharkov Academy of Design and Arts, 1996-2003, in the workshop of the outstanding Ukrainian artist Victor Gontariv.
