ManChingKC (Man Yuen-Ching 程文遠) is a Hong Kong-born photography artist now established in the United Kingdom. His creative odyssey began at the age of seventeen, ignited by a gift from his brother-in-law: a camera and his very first roll of film. As the images slowly unveiled their raw contrasts and delicate tonal scales in the darkroom, he fell profoundly in love with photography. For him, the camera became more than a tool—it became a soulful language capable of piercing through complexity to reveal the true essence of things.

This initial passion led him to the frontlines of photojournalism at twenty-four, followed by a distinguished career in the magazine industry. During eight years of professional intensity, his lens traversed the realms of news, fashion, and the multifaceted facets of society. In 2003, he established his independent studio, further refining the technical precision and mastery of light that define his work today.
