After many years working as a cartoonist and illustrator, I began to paint quite late, but with a very strong vocation and enthusiasm. I started my career with watercolor, and since the beginning I developped a particular interest for still life. For reasons that sometimes I´m not able to express, the simple objects that serve us or just live with us in our everyday life are my most inspiring models. Lately, already working with oils, acrilics and mixed media, I´m finding the same poetry and quiet beauty in buildings and urban landscape. Definitely, silence is what moves me the most in art.
