As a graffiti expert, I get to know that graffiti is a fine art. The reasons, including stylish criteria, in the matter of why it is works of art far exceed the feedback of wrongness, confusion, and nonstandard presentation. The target of this paper is to clarify how graffiti art conquers these worries and consequently can be considered as an artistic expression.
