Marek Pupak (1987) is a freelance photographer from Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia. He studied at the Academy of Arts Banska Bystrica, Faculty of Dramatic Arts, Directing of documentary movies. His photographs have been published in Slovak and Czech magazines. His work has been recognized in Slovak Press Photo competetion (2016 - 1st place Young Photographers under 25 years, 2017 - 1st place Everyday life, 2019 - finalist Everyday life) He has worked with documentary and portrait photography in several authorial cycles and series. One of his most famous projects at present is the Blue Grandma photography project, where he documents his relationship with his blue-haired grandmother.
