Melita Johnston is a colourist abstract expressionist artist. She paints in the highest quality acrylics on archival quality Museum stretched canvas. Living in the lovely rural town of Geraldine, she attended the local High School and then Otago University, Dunedin, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She has been painting fulltime since the early 1990‘s. Melita paints at her country home in the beautiful Tasman Bay, Nelson, New Zealand. Melita states 'Its what I do.
