Robert Eisner

Born in Sydney, Australia in 1953, left at 6 years old for Paris (where my mother was born) & then to London where I have lived apart from 3 wonderful years in Toronto, Canada, nearly 20 years ago. I have always been inspired by the French impressionists & am self taught. I started painting over 30 years ago, starting with acrylics but more recently painting exclusively in Oils. I love the smell & feel of oil paint spreading on the canvas.
Though I have painted some landscapes my passion is the female figure in all its beauty.
I have exhibited twice at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.
