To construct this, a found image from a vintage children's book was scanned and digitally manipulated in order to reshape the image's narrative, then printed and mounted as a collage on part of a found wooden crate. The subject matter as well as the selection and inclusion of the found objects are intended to be both playful and a reminder of the cruelty of fate.
