Introducing my latest series: a mesmerizing journey influenced by the depths of my meditation practice. As I delved into the realm of digital painting on my trusty iPad, I consciously infused the creative process with meditative techniques, resulting in an art form that transcends the boundaries of conventional expression. Each piece in this collection is a testament to the harmony between technology and mindfulness. Printed with utmost care and precision, every stroke and hue is brought to life through a meticulous, handcrafted approach, making each artwork truly one-of-a-kind. Through this artistic endeavor, I aim to capture the essence of serenity and introspection, inviting viewers to embark on a contemplative voyage of their own. The fusion of digital art and meditative practice breathes life into each creation, imbuing them with a unique energy and resonance. This series symbolizes the unison of ancient wisdom and contemporary innovation, offering a glimpse into the profound interplay between creativity and self-discovery. Join me on this evocative exploration where the tangible and intangible coalesce, and immerse yourself in a world where art and meditation intertwine to create something truly extraordinary.

Germany
Viktor Pátan is a Berlin-based artist. After studying at the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw, he moved to Berlin in 1999, where he continued his studies at the Bauhaus Academy of Art in Berlin Weißensee. The creation process that leads to his main work is inspired by coincidence and theories from quantum physics. Similar to quantum physics, the matter in his pictures is not fixed; rather, it resembles packets of energy in microscopic parts in endless movement. This core work, comprising over 200 pictures, came about by coincidence when his digital camera broke. It is minimalist and free from conventional manufacturing and artistic attitudes. "These pictures were no longer just photography to me, and I decided to transfer them onto canvas or wood using digital techniques. For me, it is not enough to live in the present and create contemporary art; you need to find something that truly represents the present, something that could only have happened now."
