The Natural Quirks collection is inspired by my passion for the natural world. The illustrations are hand painted in watercolours and woven together with flora and fauna, using colour to bring fun and flamboyance to each piece. I wanted to create something that the viewer could connect with, through characters and stories drawn from my own experiences. The Lonely Chameleon has its own story.......read below. This is my Awakening. I’ve been trying to blend in with the crowd, allowing myself to hide. The hardest part is flitting between two worlds. I feel change is coming. I want to fly and be free and let go. But this leaves me vulnerable, exposed and baring all. Embrace change. Feel fearful. And become who I really am. Me.
