About The Artwork
This drawing was inspired by the model himself. I have worked with him for many years and a conversation regarding the importance of balance for an acrobat or performer inspired the pose. A love of the circus and the life of the performers along with their props added a magical quality. The strength required and the daily routine to maintain that strength and flexibility was an important factor.
