Me at an art exhibition Somebody comes to me and asks me: “ Are you an artist ? ” I say: YES Than asks me: “ Are you looking for the truth in art ? ” My answer: I don’t think that there is a truth in art ! Every artist has it’s own ideea in art. The image of an object is the object itself ? Could this be the truth in art ? If we find the truth in art we will stop searching and if we stop searching, we’ll begin to create a boring art. This is why in order to avoid boring ourselves, we have to be in a continuos search. Could this be the truth in art ? As an artist, I must give the mind the possibility to create art and you as a viewer, to discover and understand the artist and his art. What are YOU looking for ? This is a question that each of us asks in time. If I would create the composition with objects and buildings, I would situate the character in a certain time context. The lack of objects and background in my works represents the character in a timeless context.

Romania
17 february 1981 Baia Mare, Romania My inspiration is the past, the present, the future, the human behavior, the society. If I would create the composition with objects and buildings, I would situate the character in a certain time context. The lack of objects and background in my works represents the character in a timeless context. Why I am using grey colors? My dad who is a photographer inspired me, in the 80's he had a photo studio and the only films that were in that time were black and white. I think that the images are more expressive in grey colors.
