About The Artwork

Charcoal pencil and pencil on paper. This work is my absolute favorite. It is very big in the size and made for light and bright rooms. Wherever you may decide to hang it, it will transform the space into a dreamy, airy, enchanted forest. It is extremely very well worked in the details, with colored pencils and the doing of this drawing took at least three months, with pauses in between. The topic of this work is connected to magick and fantastic worlds in which Paralda stays for the element of Air or Wind in the natural kingdom. Each of the elements(water, fire, air and earth) is usually associated to a spiritual being, in this case the air is connected to the king Paralda. It symbolizes everything that breaths, floats, flies, what is pure, bright and open. In many magical associations and religions this is associated to the cardinal points. The photo is by Amira Fritz. 180x130 cm Unique piece
