About The Artwork
Rapture is an installation piece consisting of my painted silhouette with phosphorescing paint on the walls of a darkened room. In front of that corner, on the floor, is another silhouette, drawn with white chalk (as seen in a crime scene). An intermittent light "charges" the the painted wall (when on) making visible an apparition of greenish light similar to a the -apparitions of Mary- (when off).
