Trained as a traditional artist in oils and watercolor. Painting for 25 years. Began painting in digital 3 years ago. The process is the same: lay a ground, drawing, then lots of paint. Every Wednesday for years myself and a few other artists would hire models to paint and draw. The models are friends or friends-of-friends. This painting is all about the light.

Trained as traditional painter in oils and watercolors, about 3 years ago I began painting digitally. The process is the same as traditional painting: lay a ground, drawing, paint. My paintings are either from the model or from reference photographs I've taken of the model. All of the models are friends or friends of friends. The paintings are printed by a master printer. Quality archival materials are used throughout the printing process. Paintings are shipped framed and rolled.
