Art is the cure for my soul .. Chapter 1: Darkness and Discovery I’m not an artist, I did not even know how to paint, I was trapped in a deep, dark hole of depression and anxiety. Life seemed unbearable, and nothing I tried could lift the heavy weight from my heart. But then, I stumbled upon painting. It became my escape, a way to find peace and calmness in the midst of my struggles. Chapter 2: Colors of Healing With a brush in my hand and a canvas before me, I found a new sense of joy. Painting became my sanctuary, where I could pour my emotions onto the canvas. Each stroke of color brought me a little bit of relief, a little bit of hope. It helped me express myself when words failed, and it gave me strength to face each day. Chapter 3: Battling Cancer, Holding onto Art Just when life seemed to be getting better, I received the devastating news: Cancer. It felt like everything was falling apart.
