About The Artwork
An alpaca is a South American camelid. They are medium-sized, have very fine hair, large eyes, sweet face and walk with elegance. They grow on the hillsides or in those extensive prairies we call "punas", near the peaks of the Andes. I have seen them in my travels and I wanted to have this baby. This is a digital composition entirely created by me. It is inspired in those beautiful animals. Specifically, a baby alpaca. The landscape corresponds to a semi-arid area in the high Andes, with those bushes we call "Ichu".
