Spent most of my life as an incurable 'doodler', drawing, painting, printing, model making, sculpting, photographing,( and now a bit of filming) Am posting examples of my Art and craft periodically for folk to scrutinize and give feed back. My other great passion is the journey of understanding and becoming more CONSCIOUS of our human potential through the practice of different meditations and what the Buddhists call 'mindfulness' ( Ways of becoming more aware of each moment throughout the day ). I feel now is the time to connect with people and share knowledge and personal inspirations that will help us raise our energy levels, switch on our amazing healing powers and ENJOY life.
