About The Artwork

This work also belongs to the series - "Abstract landscapes", 2019. Air and Fire, a canvas that tells of volcanoes. Their quiet peaceful stay until a certain time, after which it explodes and can immobilize all life for a long time. This is a kind of allegory about people. In a simplified form, using color, I tried to convey exactly this moment. Allusions are also present here, and at certain angles of the mirror one can see a person.

Alexander Radtke, born in 1989, navigated from an IT career to becoming a self-taught, contemporary artist. Embracing abstraction, he embarked on a journey from realism to abstract landscapes, experimenting with formlessness and color. Currently based in Cyprus, Radtke's art has graced global exhibitions, notably in New York. His recent series, "Nude Landscape," innovatively explores the intersection of nature and human emotion, presenting a distinctive perspective on Artism, where abstract landscapes become a profound revelation.
