At grandmа in the village Painting

This is a picture of nostalgia about childhood, where a grandmother and little girl at summer in a village are sitting on a bench and reading. Behind a house in a rural atmosphere, landscape, smell of lilac bush, and blue sky. There are bright saturated colors. Every summer we lived in a village. This time is now carved in gold on my heart, but then it felt like complete freedom. Grandmother looked after us. She was strict but very loving. There was a bench near each yard and neighbors often sat down to talk with each other. And look after the restless grandchildren who played on the road. And so one of us, out of breath, takes a break from the game and sits down with grandma to listen, to be close. For a second, just finish the apple from the tree, wiping it on your sundress. And run again... With my artwork, I wanted to tell this story, record it, and share the tender moments of my childhood. And also conveys several values - that in Ukraine it is traditional to live in three generations - it's good way to save, to feel the power of the Family line. And also how important it is to preserve the authenticity of villages, local architecture, and structure. Remember where we came from and where we are going.
