About The Artwork
An uncultured butcher, supplier of animal proteins from Leipzig society, in the mid-nineteenth century, who by chance had among his clientele the wife of Felix Mendelssohn. One day when I accompanied her to the butcher's shop, she found that the paper on which this unfortunate man wrapped the chops, which would serve as dinner in the house of the great composer, were scores full of handwritten notes. Felix came to his study and, astonished, discovered that they were not garbage, but masterpieces. Immediately he returned and acquired what was left of that treasure. He learned that the butcher had found these manuscripts in the loft of a house he rented, and when he did not know their value, he used them as wrapping paper. They were nothing less than the works (or what remained) of the great Johann Sebastian Bach, whom Mendelssohn rescued from the unjust oblivion in which history had it.

Pollman's since been presented at several private events such as tastings, wine tastings and concerts, developing his paintings live. Manages to represent different topics to find the similarities between the food, music and atmosphere, shaping through technology perceived by the senses. Has participated with his "Live Performance" at various private events in various cities within and outside Mexico. Pollman has a collection of over 50 works, including murals and paintings done in "Live Performance". Participated in the work of "Bach to Michael Jackson" in the Teatro de la Ciudad de Monterrey. In this event did a "Live Performance" by creating a giant mural placed on the stage while the orchestra played. Pollman has supplemented his artistic proposal to develop the image label wines from California Woodbridge "and traditional Oaxacan mezcal" Elders of Lua. " Through the Anti Cata performed "Live Performances" in and out of Mexico, in the same event encompassing the living experience of art, music, food and wine, sharing with his audience the newest way to experience art in its various forms.
