Hello viewer, as you may know I'm a great lover of wild life and domestic animals such as dogs, cats etc etc, infact I have 4 cats and a dog of my own,so it's not hard to get inspired by such a beautiful cat as this.stunning colours, fantastic green eyes, absolutely stunning. As always I've it Windsor and Newton professional grade oils on a loxley gold chunky canvas, finished off with a gloss Windsor and Newton gloss varnish, this really deepens the colours, and protects the painting from sunlight and dust,the back has been fitted with dust proof paper,I've also fitted stainless steel hanging wire, so it's out of the box and onto the wall, no messing. When I chose to paint this cat, the first thing that attracted me was the colours, lots of them, a real beautiful cat, with his pinky red nose and his gorgeous green eyes,I've painted him on a black background,the only colour to frame his beauty I thought, I hope when you view this piece, you feel you could stroke him, or have him on your lap,his fur has many layers of colours, gradually building the texture of his fur.Along with his multi coloured fur is his lovely coloured nose,and his magical eyes, stunning green, lots of glazes,and many colours went into the eye. This painting looks amazing on the wall,great talking point,any lover of cats or animals would love this piece.
