About The Artwork
From a photograph shot on the Serengeti in Tanzania. The animal had stopped on the road, relaxed and observational. He seemed, at one point, to be posing for us. The jackal is a very handsome fellow, and he was gone in a flash, so I felt that the work needed to stop before it was done.
