Today I decided to share and tell the curious story of the process of creating this canvas, which was at least unusual. I was so tied up making the bridge frame and this lockup was giving me such anguish that I decided to throw myself on another canvas, I took my biggest blank canvas of 1.00 x 1.50 that I had and started a voracious process of painting, playing colors without compromise and letting everything that was catching me flow, it was an odyssey of colors that when finished, green came over everything calming and bringing the mystery of art where I could finish the details of the work and thus the "Ensaio da Vida" was born, a very suggestive title to all this process that we go through in our day to day.

Brazil
Fabio Ferrão started painting in São Paulo, following the contemporary and abstract line, using acrylic on canvas. In the first phase, he developed the geometric design, inspired by the human body, with vivid and striking colors. Later, in a second phase, its colors merged into hues and the geometric gave way to a series with deep blues, revealing the artist's personal search for a more comprehensive interiorization with subtle and unknown environments. After several exhibitions in Brazil, in 2005, he participated in the international exhibition "Corpos Pintados" at the OCA Museum in São Paulo, doing a live Body Painting. In 2008, he was invited by the representative of Saatchi Gallery in Brazil to participate in his portal and through him, in 2011, he was invited to participate in the "Deep Focus Collective Exhibition" at THE BRICK LANE GALLERY in London and on the same date that he held a Body Painting at JET SET ART GALLERY in Amsterdam. At the end of 2020, he joined ESPAÇO BB ARTE, which is headquartered at the Cassino Atlântico Shopping mall, in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, curated by architect Marcia Marschhausen.
