The Applause singer admitted she smoked the drug so much - which is legal in some American states with a prescription - to help numb the pain of her hip injury which forced her to cancel the remainder of her Born This Way Ball tour. "I was just numbing, numbing, numbing myself then sleeping it off, then getting on stage, killing it in pain, then getting off and smoking, smoking, smoking, not knowing what the pain was," she revealed.
