About The Artwork
This is a watercolor on Arches rough paper. This painting came about when I was out painting a barn on Oakwood Rd. Oxford Mi. A fellow artist was walking around the barn and looking inside to decide what angle he wanted to paint. When I got home in my studio I decided to do a painting of my fellow artist outside the barn feeding his cats. I put cats in the painting because he loves cats and has owned them over the years. Everything fit together, the old barn, my friend and cats.
