About The Artwork
This is the first of two plein air pieces I did for the Art Lab Studios and Gallery's plein air event called "The Edge of Winter." Thirteen artists participated in this event over a weekend in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia. I mainly focussed on the foot of Partridge Island, I love the way the view changes as you approach the island along the gravel road that hugs the curve of the beach.
