About The Artwork
At my early age, the first painting that impressed me was a paint of a deer painted on the outside wall of a house in a small village near my hometown. This leaved a mark on me and unconsciously left the image of the that deer in my mind. In my paint "hopelessness” it first started to take place in 2003, expressing my chronic headaches, merging the human and animal world, real and surreal dreams full of fantasies. The black texture background is for the constant annoyance of light, which I try to escape as the dark is the color that gives me peace and quiet. I like the details, and the button of jacket on this artwork has my self-portrait.
