About The Artwork
In this piece an abundance of colour is shining through a silhouette of trees. The shadowy woodland may occupy the canvas, but only to give you cover as you edge closer to the dancing lights that blend and blur in front of you. The ethereal display of reds, greens, yellows and blues seems to be happening just beyond your view, a secret glowing palette of colour in the dead of night. Each canvas is made of a cross braced shallow edge timber frame, with a high quality primed cotton canvas fabric stretched over it. The final pieces are painted with a mixture of artist quality Golden and Liquitex acrylic paints. A subtle signature is visible in the bottom right corner of the right canvas, each canvas is also stamped on the reverse. The painting is a triptych comprising three separate canvases and is intended to be hung on a wall, with a 5cm gap between each canvas, the dimensions of the individual pieces are as follow (from left to right): 11.8" x 31.5" / 11.8" x 31.5" / 11.8" x 31.5" 30 x 80cm / 30 x 80cm / 30 x 80cm
