About The Artwork
A Spine from a Narwhal spent the arctic night with me in my tiny blue house in Ittoqqortormiit during my atelier stay in 2016/2017. I was amazed by its structure, its size and power and yet its stillness, detached from life and from the creature it once gave inner hold to.
