New past Painting

This painting is very important to me because this is the first artwork I created after the beginning of the war in Ukraine. Now my country experiences hard times, but at the same time most people feel much love for our Ukrainian culture, we appreciate our history and heroes. Now we feel unity that is based on our identity and I tried to express these feelings in that painting. The artwork is called "New past" because many of us started to rethink our past and look at it from a new perspective with pride and appreciation. I believe that a new past leads to a new future, and now our country fights for it. The painting is done with oil paint on canvas, ready to hang.
