Near Beit Jamal, there is a beautiful field full of olive trees. We managed to paint a hundred years old olive tree after a rainy day. Beit Jamal means from Arabic language - A house of beauty. Monastery Beit Jamal is placed on one of the tops of Judean mountains. It is surrounded by many old olive trees, high pine trees, and grapes.
