About The Artwork
This painting was creating in Bieliny, Poland, during an Art Residency I was invited to back in 2017. I created this in a rush of inspiration, just after visiting a very famous church called The Holy Cross on Lysa Gora. One of the other artists from the group, did a beautiful performance, where she sang through the church, blindfolded, leaving white roses through her way. You can take a look at it in this video I created: https://vimeo.com/282720073 When we came back, I felt a big great harmony in my heart and I wanted to create an image where I could capture this resonance I was experiencing in my being. And this is the story of Polvo de estrellas (Stardust).
