I am always fascinated by any model of a boat in a bottle, and the patience and ingenuity is always intriguing. I decided to make this little painting and observed carefully all the materials used - paper, string, glue, coloured plaster, wire, etc, and created my own ship in a bottle, in paint! I hope the reflections on the bottle create a three dimensional effect and the viewer will be peering through ….. It’s a homage to creative people with patience and imagination.
