January 5, 2022. This day is inscribed in bloody colors in the modern history of Kazakhstan. We could change everything - but we failed. Because the totalitarianism and hatred of the government towards its own people, greed and cruelty turned out to be stronger than the people's anger and desire to achieve justice. On January 5, 2022, peaceful unarmed people took to the streets of Almaty (Kazakhstan). They went out to talk to the government and ask for justice. We went out to understand where this country is heading. On January 6, peaceful citizens of Kazakhstan were declared terrorists. And a few days later, the CSTO troops entered the city - and opened fire on civilians to kill. We live in this country. And we want to be heard.
