About The Artwork

Talk about intuitive abstract expressionism! This alcohol ink painting was created the day before Hurricane Ian landed in Southwest Florida, my town was one of the devastated towns and counties. It was as though I had a glimpse into the future to depict what the scene would look like. This in no way or form had anything to do with the devastation that happened. It was meant to be and was an expression of using alcohol inks for a painting on a 30x40x1.5 inch gallery-wrapped canvas. It is finished with Krylon Kamar Varnish and Krylon Clear Coat Matte Finish. This piece is an original Gina Battle Art piece and upon safe delivery will have a letter of authenticity with it. Please let a Saatchi Art curator know of your desire to purchase this or other pieces seen on my page. I have pieces created on canvas and on heavy paper. Feel free to inquire and ask questions. Thank you for visiting. I hope that you will come back soon.

Shipping & Returns

I am an abstract expressionist artist. I paint from raw emotion and release every ounce of my spirit into my creative endeavors. I studied Theater Arts and Design in New York. Painting is a medium that came to me later in my life. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to express myself through abstraction. It's a delicious treat... sometimes decadent. I love the challenges that are presented as I contemplate new ideas, implement my thoughts and watch them become a reality. in addition, I love listening to guests who visit my studio and purchase my art. Thanks to my clients and collectors - both national and international I was able to fundraise for the Charlotte Arts & Humanities Council of Charlotte County (Florida). It was wonderful to be able to dance and paint for such a great cause and to celebrate the arts community through scholarships for students.
