This piece draws inspiration from the vibrant hues and captivating energy of the forest at night. Whenever I feel the need to realign and reconnect with myself, I head straight to the forest. There is something very humbling and primal about moving and breathing among the trees. In this serene environment, time slows down, to-do lists dissipate, and I am reminded of my true nature — simply being. I love to gift my senses the beauty of the trees, the smell of fresh air, the feeling of soft moss and a racing heart, and the sound of peace and chirping birds. I believe our deepest connection with our true selves occurs through interactions with the natural world, and for me- the forest is the ultimate destination for this experience.
