About The Artwork
The inspiration for this painting was a February winter walk through the countryside in Central Bohemia. Imagine the last rays of the sun touching you as the sun sets and goes to sleep, just as the winter nature around you do to draw new energy for the coming spring. I love to paint stones, its a part of my childhood memories and the countryside where I grew up with all the hidden stories of past behind.
